She said: “This may be shocking to some people, but I also know that many other women have reached out to me in the past and done the same thing.”

‘I put it [foetus] in the freezer because what am I supposed to do, I’m home, I can’t flush it down the toilet, this is a baby even though it’s so small.

The reality star went on to reveal to viewers that she had a ‘meaningful’ burial.

She added: “We had a burial and planted a tree which was really meaningful to me.”

Nadia, who is the mother of daughters Maddie, 19, and Kiki, 14, warned people not to ask women who have experienced miscarriages how far along their pregnancies are.

The former EastEnders actress later revealed how she felt as a mother as soon as she learned the happy news that she was pregnant.

She added: “One really important thing you shouldn’t say to someone is, ‘how far away were you?’ like if it is a week or months, it has more meaning, because the meaning is there at the moment when you are happy to be pregnant.

“So the fact that I shared it with family and friends the moment I found out I was pregnant means I might as well share the loss with them.”

In the past, Nadia has questioned whether her miscarriages were punishment for having an abortion earlier in life on her podcast Dealing With the Heartbreak of Misbour.
