All eyes were on the royal family as they joined the Queen on the balcony for her Platinum Jubilee Trooping the Colour, especially Meghan Marklewho met with his in-laws for the occasion.

While many were concerned it might be awkward after months of icy relations between the Sussexes and The Firm, especially since their infamous interview with Oprah Winfrey, one body language expert believes that was far from the case.

While he wasn’t part of the official portion of the event, he did watch the proceedings of the Duke of Wellington’s former office along with other lower-ranking royals.

She was seen leaning in to converse with them, jokingly hushing them as the procession unfolded outside.

She said: “Peering from a window, we could see Meghan and Harry looking unexpectedly relaxed and upbeat in a low-key look that seemed much more to their liking than previous awkward and tense appearances with the rest of the Firm.

“Meghan looked playful and in her element with a group of young royals who also seemed to adore her, shushing them with wide, round eyes, but she also smiled and trailed off to suggest she wasn’t entirely serious.

“Their loving gaze towards Harry created a strong continuity with the more public displays of affection the couple are famous for and the fun they had seemed a world away from some of the more tense poses of senior royals in the balcony while “watched the flight”.

She was joined by Prince William and his children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to watch the RAF flight, but Judi thinks she looked much more “serious” than her sister-in-law.

Judi said: “William and Kate emerged with their serious facial expressions, with William directing his children to their position before separating from Kate to ensure a good spread of parental guidance.”
