THEY were the family that became the most enduring group of cast members on The Only Way Is Essex, and now the Wrights will welcome the television cameras into their lives.

This time, however, they’ll be heading beyond the county that made them famous.

Delighted, Mark said: “I am absolutely thrilled about this.

“At this stage of my life I want to do things that I really want to do and love.

“I am going to travel the country, see places I normally would never have seen, have adrenaline-pumping experiences and challenge myself.

“And I’ll be doing all of this with two of my favorite people on earth: my two best friends, brother, and my dad.

“It’s a dream come true and I can’t wait. It’s going to be an incredible journey.”

In the show, titled A Wright Old Adventure, the boys will cover everything from go-karting in Llandudno, kitesurfing in County Down and downhill cycling in the Scottish Highlands.

Mark, along with his father, sister Jessica and the late Nanny Pat, spent nearly eight years on the ITV reality show that made Bobby Norris stars, megan mckenna and Samantha Faiers.

His new six-part series, airing later this year, will make Mark the latest in a long line of celebrities to sign their family up for a travel show.

Jack Whitehall started the trend with Travels With My Father, and others include Bradley Walsh and his son Barney’s Breaking Dad.

And EastEnders’ Danny Dyer has teamed up with Love Island’s winning daughter, Dani, for an E4 travelogue.

WALKEN MAKES US WRINKLE

WE ARE used to seeing him play gangsters, but Christopher Walken is seen washing T-shirts instead of money in the second series of the outlaws.

The Oscar-winning Hollywood actor returns next month in the six-part sequel to the BBC1 sitcom, which centers on a group of criminals who take revenge on the community together.

Joining him will be co-star and screenwriter Stephen Merchant, Eleanor Tomlinson, Clare Perkins, Rhianne Barreto, Gamba Cole and Claes Bang.

Although I imagine that Christopher was limited to washing and ironing too.

KIM: SAM IS GONE FOREVER

KIM CATTRALL has finally given her side of the story as to why she’s absent from the Sex And The City reboot.

And Kim revealed she will never come back to her iconic role as Samantha.

In an interview with Variety, he said: “It is a great wisdom to know when enough is enough.

“I also didn’t want to compromise what the show was for me. The way forward seemed clear.”

The producers seemed to have left the door open for Samantha to return in the now-confirmed second series of And Just Like That.

The girls discussed their friend’s move to London after she was fired as a publicist for Sarah Jessica Parker’s character Carrie.

And Sam sent flowers to Mr Big’s funeral.

But in another kick, Kim said: “[It] feels different from the Samantha I played.”

“The series is basically the third movie. That’s how creative it was.”

But somehow no one leaked the exciting news. Before season 25, producer Jack Lambon said, “All of a sudden 200 people showed up for three days and I have no idea how the BBC publicity kept it quiet.”

Amanda said: “They took pictures of us, but (the press) didn’t really say anything specific.”
