Katie Price has pleaded guilty at Lewes Crown Court to breaching a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée, Michelle Penticost.

Katie Price has pleaded guilty at Lewes Crown Court to breaching a restraining order against ex-husband Kieran Hayler’s fiancée, Michelle Penticost.

The 44-year-old former glamor model arrived at Lewes Crown Court with her fiancé Carl Woods to make the formal declaration.

Judge Stephen Mooney, speaking to Katie and her lawyer after the plea, warned them that she is “at risk of going to prison” after admitting she violated a restraining order.

Speaking in court, he told her: “Clearly, he has accepted responsibility for a crime.

“You have pleaded guilty and are aware that you committed that crime while subject to a suspended sentence and are at risk of going to prison.

“His attorney says there is a lot of information related to the background of this crime and the crime that led to him receiving the suspended sentence.

“I will need to know about the relevant parts of the background.

“Don’t get your hopes up, I’m adjourning for a pre-sentence briefing, but you risk a prison sentence.”

Today, prosecutor David Dainty made no representations at the hearing, which lasted about 15 minutes.

Katie’s attorney, Nicholas Hamblin, said the star should avoid jail again because just the words “tell her” were a violation of the restraining order.

He said: “If it wasn’t for those two words in the message, this wouldn’t be a rape.

“It is very telling in this case that there is a lot of background information that will need to be presented to the court.

“Much of it is in a therapist’s report and the court would need to be updated on his current situation and indeed matters that have occupied much of his and other people’s time for quite a few years.

“You will note that she has been subject to the conditions of a suspended sentence.

“Part of my role will be to try to persuade the court that in this case, given the available mitigating factors, it would be unfair to activate that suspended sentence.”

She is due back in court on June 24 for sentencing.

Bath bomb maker Katie previously pleaded not guilty to a single charge of breaching a restraining order on April 27 and requested a trial in crown court.

In January, Katie allegedly texted Kieran, 34, calling Michelle a “fucking whore” and a “shit”.

The reality star was later arrested by police on January 21 and spent 12 hours in a cell.

The former model and businesswoman has two children with the ex Kieran, with whom she was married from 2013 to 2021.

Katie is due in court on June 24 for sentencing.

They met after being introduced by friends and later struck up conversations on Blackberry Messenger in November 2012.

Two months later they married in the Bahamas on January 16, 2013, after Kieran proposed to her. It was Katie’s third marriage, after cage fighter Alex Reid and singer Peter Andre.

However, their marriage was plagued by tabloid reports and admissions of Kieran cheating on Katie’s best friend and later her nanny.

Kieran has since been engaged to his mother Michelle, whom he met at the school gates. They then had a son together, Apollo.

Katie is now engaged to Carl and the couple have been open about wanting to have a child together.

The couple reportedly broke up earlier this year, although they neither confirmed nor denied the rumors and were later spotted together over the Easter holidays.
