Actress Amber Heard broke down on the stand when she recounted a trip to Australia in 2015 that resulted in three days of alleged extreme violence and abuse at the hands of her ex-husband, Johnny Depp.

On the 15th day of the multi-million dollar libel suit brought against her by Depp, Heard detailed the alleged sexual and physical abuse that she claims to have suffered during her relationship with the The star of Pirates of the Caribbean.

Heard, on the stand for the second day, grew increasingly distraught, at one point saying “I don’t want to do this anymore” and “I can’t believe I have to do this,” as she told the Virginia judge how Depp knocked her to the ground. and penetrated her with a bottle.

“I kept thinking, I hope it’s not broken,” he said, referring to the item inside it. She said the actor “had the bottle inside of me and was pushing [it] inside of me over and over again.

Sobbing, Heard continued, “I convinced myself that the bottle wasn’t broken or it would be much worse.”

He added that the “heartbreak” hurt him more, because “we had just gotten married.”

Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, for $50 million, alleging that she defamed him in a 2018 article he wrote for the Washington Post in which he said he was a victim of domestic abuse.

It was during this infamous trip to Australia that Depp’s fingertip was severed, something both sides agree on, though Depp says she threw a bottle at him and cut it – and used the injured finger to scrawl demeaning graffiti on Heard in blood and paint on a mirror and lampshades.

The jury was shown photographs of various paintings, which Depp had allegedly defaced in a moment of anger.

Depp refused to sign a prenuptial agreement and fired his lawyer

Depp apparently refused to sign a prenuptial agreement with his then-fiancée ahead of their 2015 wedding, reportedly telling her, “The only way out of this is death.”

Heard told the court in Fairfax, Virginia, that she felt “like the luckiest woman alive” after the actor proposed to her and gave her a “huge diamond” ring.

He began to think about a prenuptial agreement, however, Heard said that Depp was totally against the idea.

“He told me, ‘the only way out of this is death,'” the actress told the court.

After the couple married, and when she tried to work out a post-nuptial agreement, Depp called Heard’s lawyer and yelled at the legal representative before firing her, the Aquaman actress said.

The court was also shown footage of Depp, allegedly taken after he went on several drug binges, including a “three-day binge”.

Heard later testified that Depp’s drug addiction was “maintained” with prescription pills while he finished filming Black Mass in 2015, before going to his private island to detox.

Heard began Thursday’s testimony by describing a press trip to Tokyo, where she claims Depp called her an “annoying bitch.”

He said it was shortly after he met Depp’s children, Lily-Rose and Jack.

The couple got into a heated argument in their hotel room during the tour, which she was very concerned about as she was in the room next to the children.

During this time, he called her other “horrible things” that she didn’t tell the court, adding, “I don’t think it’s necessary to repeat them here.”

Heard later said she was “so embarrassed” by the names that the couple yelled at each other: “It was so horrible.

“I felt like nothing I could do… would make him stop hitting me.”
